Coach Willie Pile

Coach Willie Pile founded FASST Performance & Fitness with a vision to incorporate his core beliefs into performance training across multiple sports. As a young athlete, Coach Pile competed in basketball, baseball and gymnastics. Coach Pile believes in building a well-rounded athlete who’s adept at playing many sports at a young age, then narrowing their focus as they mature. In fact, it wasn’t until his Freshman year of High School that Coach Pile played organized football. After a standout High School career at both Quarterback and Defensive Back, Coach Pile accepted a full scholarship to Virginia Tech and graduated with a degree in Business Management and a minor in Leadership. Coach Pile was drafted by the Kansas City Chiefs in 2003. Coach Pile spent two seasons in Kansas City before signing as a Free Agent with Dallas Cowboys. After two seasons in Dallas, Coach Pile played five seasons for the Toronto Argonauts of the CFL. After 10 seasons as a professional football athlete, Coach Pile’s passion for developing athletes through the vehicle of sports is evident every opportunity he gets to train.

Coach Brandon Williams

Coach Brandon graduated from Plano Senior High School in 2004 also played at Navarro College as a True Freshman. Coach Brandon has been working with student-athletes since that time. Coach Brandon is uniquely intuitive to the student-athlete challenges as he’s experienced the same struggles athletes face; balancing academics, athletics, family, church, and a myriad of other demands upon the precious little time we have to commit to everything we love. Coach Brandon is adept at training all positions in football but has a keen understanding for developing Offensive and Defensive Lineman as well as Linebackers. He counts top athletes such as LA Rams starting Offensive Guard Joseph Noteboom and Southern Methodist Unversity starting Offensive Lineman Kadarius Smith as athletes who he’s helped develop.

“My Why? I’m passionate about helping young athletes reach and exceed their goals, while pushing them to
excel academically and athletically!” – Coach Brandon Williams
