FASST Performance has the right program for you and your schedule. Whether it’s one session per week or unlimited sessions, FASST offers training opportunities to meet the athlete’s demands.

FASST F.L.EX. TRAINING PROGRAM

FASST ROOKIES

(Ages 7-10)

FASST Rookies train in the areas of speed development/mechanics, coordination and balance, 1st step quickness, injury prevention and self confidence.

FASST YOUTH

(Ages 11-14)

FASST Youth athletes train in the areas speed development (acceleration), plyometrics (explosive training), functional strength, joint Integrity, flexibility, balance, core stability, injury prevention and self confidence.

FASST HIGH SCHOOL

(Ages 15-18)

FASST High School athletes train in the areas of speed (game ready speed), power (strength training, plyometrics, conditioning (proper conditioning to improve work capacity), Flexibility (joint integrity, muscle strength and durability).

SPECIALTY TRAINING PROGRAMS

FASST Tykes

(Ages Pre K3-6)

FASST Tykes explore movement patterns and are introduced to the FUNdamentals of sports such as soccer, football, baseball/softball, volleyball, and basketball. This energetic class is designed for our youngest athletes. 

FASST PE

(All Grades)

FASST PE is our take on the traditional PE class that combines elements of various sports with our FASST performance training. This a great physical fitness addition to the personalized learning environment of your student. 

FASST BLITZ

(Middle School to Pro)

FASST Blitz is our football specific skill development program. These intense training sessions focus on the footwork, body position discipline, ball skills, and technique requirements for skill athletes. DBs, LBs, WRs, RBs & TEs are placed in a competitive training environment to maximize their potential and build confidence.

 

FASST HITZ

(All Grades)

FASST Hitz is our baseball specific skill development program. These intense training sessions focus on the fundamentals of hitting with former MLB World Champion Homer Bush. , The one on one session provides the perfect environment to maximize the athlete’s potential and build confidence.

 

FASST FIIT
(Adult Fitness)

FASST FIIT is our adult fitness performance training class. In this program we combine high intensity interval training with the fundamentals of sports-specific movements for a one of a kind group training experience. Burn calories, increase heart rate and build muscle while discovering your inner athlete.

FASST PRIVATE

(All Ages)
This program is for those who thrive in a one on one environment instead of a group dynamic. Regardless of sport or fitness goal, FASST has the ability to extract the maximum potential from each individual through our assess, evaluate, and train program design.
