FASST Performance Systems has the right program for you and your schedule. Whether it’s one session per week or unlimited sessions, FASST offers training opportunities to meet the athlete’s demands.

FASST PERFORMANCE SYSTEMS

FASST Performance introduces the FASST PERFORMANCE SYSTEMS program. This program is designed to challenge and develop athletes from their initial level, to their highest athletic potential. Targeting the five core areas of sports performance which are footwork, agility, speed, strength, and technique, all athletes are introduced at Level 1, denoted by a base-color-plus-white wristband. Each age group has a specific metrics to ensure proper age and stage development. FASST Youth (K – 5th), FASST MS (6th – 8th), & FASST HS (9th – 12th).

FASST F.L.EX. utilizes the same methodology and intensity used with our professional athletes to support and prepare youth and high school athletes. As an industry leader in sports performance training, we prepare athletes to get the most out of their bodies by increasing speed, strength, endurance, and flexibility, leading to increased productivity and decreased injury. Training also includes nutrition and regeneration techniques to improve performance and educate young athletes on how decisions off the playing surface, between games, and at practices, can improve their overall performance. Athletes work in small groups with coaches to ensure training is done correctly and efficiently.

FASST YOUTH 

(Grades K- 5th)

FASST Youth athletes train in the areas of speed development/mechanics, coordination and balance, 1st step quickness, injury prevention and self confidence.

FASST MIDDLE SCHOOL

(Grades 6th – 8th)

FASST MS athletes train in the areas speed development (acceleration), plyometrics (explosive training), functional strength, joint Integrity, flexibility, balance, core stability, injury prevention and self confidence.

FASST HIGH SCHOOL

(Grades 9th – 12th)

FASST High School athletes train in the areas of speed (game ready speed), power (strength training, plyometrics, conditioning (proper conditioning to improve work capacity), Flexibility (joint integrity, muscle strength and durability).
